Solid list! I would add Sadako from the original Japanese Ring movie (Ringu I believe?). Absolutely terrifying. Plus I'm going to say the schoolbag in Dark Water (again, the Japanese one). Yep, you heard me, a child's schoolbag! And yet after watching that movie, I couldn't sleep without the lights on for... well, at least a day or two.
